While we are all navigating the uncertainty created by COVID-19, the Kingston Bay Group and Keeping Balanced Coaching will continue to be focused on the well-being of our clients, associates and partners. What is Keeping Balanced Coaching?

Our practice supports those in the Helping Professions (Educators, Counselors, Therapists, Social Workers and those in the medical field) by helping them to “Reignite Their Light.” We focus on 8 Areas of Wellness and connect our clients to those in our WIN - Wellness Incentive Network. Our Career & Wellness Coaches are Adult Educators & Career Practitioners as well as certified coaches through the Academy of Creative Coaching.

What do you mean by “Wraparound support?”

The term “Wraparound services,” originating in the 1980’s, refers to comprehensive services that supported the holistic wellbeing of children (e.g. emotional, physical, social, environmental wellness, etc.). Keeping Balanced Coaching uses the term “wraparound support” to delineate comprehensive support for professionals in those areas of wellness, occupational and/or personal, that are most important to them in order to reach their specific personal and professional goals.

Our practice offers virtual appointments to fit your needs. We also provide in person meetings at our Carlsbad location (with our New York/New Jersey office coming soon).
